Frequently Asked Questions
What quality certifications do your brake hoses hold?
Our products are certified to IATF 16949:2016 and comply with DOT, ISO, DIN, and CE standards to ensure maximum safety and performance.
Can you manufacture custom lengths and fittings?
Yes, we offer fully customizable solutions including any length, various thread types (Metric, UNF, NPT), and different fitting angles (45°, 90°, banjo, etc.).
What is the difference between your rubber and PTFE hoses?
Rubber hoses are standard for most vehicles, while PTFE stainless braided hoses offer higher pressure ratings (4,000+ PSI) and better expansion resistance for performance applications.
Do you provide corrosion-resistant coatings for metal lines?
Absolutely. We offer zinc plating, nickel plating, yellow chromate, and passivation, as well as naturally corrosion-resistant materials like Copper-Nickel (Kunifer).
What information is needed for a custom modification project?
We typically require performance data (pressure/temp), connection point details, and ideally a 3D model or dimensional drawing to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your annual production capacity?
Our facility has a production capacity of approximately 100,000 sets per year, supporting both small custom orders and large-scale OEM supply.
