These connectors are strictly designed and produced according to SAE J2044-2009 specifications for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. The plug-in and self-locking structure enables faster and easier connection and disconnection, even in high-density arrangements where space is limited.

3. Security Features

Our quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings. These O-rings are chosen for their excellent resistance to anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring to ensure mechanical integrity and prevent air aging. The elastic clamping device securely fastens the rings within the shell, guaranteeing superior seal security.

7. Operation Method

The connector consists of a body, O-rings, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. To connect, insert the mating tube end piece; the elastic locking spring will click, then pull back to verify the connection. To disconnect, push the male connector forward, press the clip button to expand the lock, and pull out. Note: SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication is recommended before reseating.
